Dear HDAA Members,
We are excited to connect with you, fresh from the annual Analytics in Rhythm conference in Nashville. It was amazing to see our vibrant community come together to embrace the challenges and opportunities in the world of healthcare analytics and AI that are ahead.
We hope you returned home with your head full of ideas and questions, your contacts full of new connections, and your heart full of renewed and invigorating ideas to transform healthcare. Your presence, enthusiasm, and commitment made the event truly remarkable.
The energy and engagement we witnessed reaffirmed the strength and unity of our community. For those of you unable to attend, we felt your spirit. We are committed to sharing and continuing the rich learnings and connections beyond the walls of a conference center and throughout our community.
During the conference, we shared HDAA 3.0 – an evolution in our growth. We launched our new vision, mission, and core purpose:
- Vision: Accelerate your Healthcare Data Innovation Journey.
- Mission: We are the premier Healthcare Data, Analytics & AI Community that empowers members to be successful, solve problems, and surface opportunities through connection and knowledge sharing.
- Core Purpose: We unite, empower, and inspire our community in leading and driving analytics and data innovation through collaboration to transform healthcare.
Our greatest strengths lie in our active engagement, willingness to collaborate, and our shared commitment to overcoming challenges and pursuing new opportunities. Together, we foster an environment where every member’s voice matters, where collective wisdom drives progress, and progress transforms healthcare. This spirit of community is what makes HDAA truly exceptional.
To further our mission, we are introducing an updated operating model centered on empowered delivery teams focused on areas of strategic importance to HDAA. These teams are dedicated to ensuring member success by focusing on delivering value-driven initiatives and supporting your professional growth. This approach will enrich membership value and strengthen our collective impact.
While the words may be new, the concept is not. We’ve been running highly effective delivery teams for several years. Specifically, the conference and sponsor teams. These small but mighty groups have been able to advance the work of HDAA and continue to deliver increasing value to you, our partner on this journey to accelerate data innovation to improve lives.
Building on this success, we recently launched a Member Growth & Impact delivery team with plans to spin up a Marketing & Communications and Metrics team. That’s where you come in! We invite you to continue your active involvement in our community. Volunteer for delivery teams or in other ways, continue to participate in Special Interest Groups and local chapters.
To guide the efforts of these delivery teams, we would greatly value your input. Please take a few moments to complete the HDAA | Expanded Membership Value Survey which was emailed to all members on 11/4/2025. Your feedback and engagement are vital to shaping the next chapter of HDAA, which we proudly call HDAA 3.0. Please complete this 10 minute survey by 11/30/2025 so that we can review the results before years end. Thank you!
Your ideas, energy, and participation will help us reach new heights together. Let us continue to inspire one another and build a stronger, more connected, transformational community.
With sincere appreciation for each of you and optimism for what lies ahead.
