Strategy, Value & Culture special interest group

What is it?

The purpose of the ‘Strategy, Value & Culture’ SIG is to strengthen the impact of healthcare data & analytics groups within their organizations.

It does this by developing and promoting a common understanding of how to:
 (1) align with organizational priorities
 (2) define and create value
 (3) grow the organization’s maturity in how it engages with, adopts, and benefits from analytics
all of which are essential for sustainable improvement.

The group offers a collaborative forum for leaders and practitioners to discuss challenges, exchange insights, and contribute to practical frameworks ensuring that analytic work results in tangible impacts.

Through collective learning and shared resources, the SIG supports members in applying these ideas within the unique context of their organization’s culture, goals, and current realities.
