HDAA mentoring program

The purpose of the mentoring program is to elevate HDAA members through facilitating purposeful mentorship collaborations in structured 3-month cohorts, nurturing professional development and empowering members to reach new heights of excellence.

There are typically 2 mentor cohorts per year beginning in March and September. Information on our first cohort, beginning in Sept. 2023 will be coming soon.

The advisory team expects to have following roles filled by the end of 2023

• Chair
• Cohort Selection
• Meeting facilitation
• Surveys
• Website and email
