Monday night kicked us off with conference check-in and a networking reception, giving attendees an early chance to meet each other, grab a bite to eat, and enjoy a drink before the conference officially began on Tuesday helps to set the stage for a great conference!
On Tuesday evening, the group met at a networking reception with live music . If you look closely you can see Eric Stephens, HDAA Board Member and host of HDAA 2026 in Dallas on guitar to the right. Attendees also had the option to get an updated professional headshot.
Later that evening, the group walked to a memorable Nashville experience at the Country Music Hall of Fame, plus another great opportunity to reconnect and keep conversations in rhythm.
Wednesday evening was left open for attendees to explore downtown Nashville at their own pace, join sponsor offered happy hours if interested, or connect with their teams. This is a time to recharge, enjoy the city, and stay in sync for the final day of sessions. Return to Conference in Review
